image courtesy of Chris BickfordTwo years ago on June 16, Chris and I got married in the Outerbanks of North Carolina. The day wasn't perfect, but I do remember feeling ecstatic that I married such a wonderful man.
While I'm away during the evening for appointments and on weekends for weddings, Chris is at home taking care of our baby Oscar the pup, caring for our lawn, and keeping the house clean (or at least tidy).
The last few months have been extra busy due to the crazy wedding season, but since it is our wedding anniversary, I've decided to take a few days off to celebrate with my husband.
So Friday morning, we're dropping baby Oscar to his girlfriend's house. Later that day, Chris and I will be heading down to Atlantic City and staying at the Borgata. We both love poker and great food, and I love myself a great massage, so what's better than the Borgata?
I will be here the next morning... massage and some pampering. I assume Chris will resume his poker while I'm gone.We'll be dining at Bobby Flay's Steak house for our anniversary dinner. We love it here!
So cHill Weddings will be closed Friday June 12, and return Wednesday June 17th.
