Jesaida and Pete's wedding with surprise guest!

Jesaida and Pete and I first met at Starbucks in King of Prussia for our initial consult. I called her on her cell phone to let her know I was there. After our great first meeting, Jesaida said something along the lines of: "I'm going to save your number now... wedding coordinator." It was then I realized that we will definitely be working together!

Jesaida, a beautiful woman from Puerto Rico, and Pete, a big Eagles fan, met online through eHarmony.com. I told them they should be on those commercials! Maybe we'll see them on TV soon.

Jesaida and Pete Synder were married Saturday, June 27 in King of Prussia at their parish. They soon went over to the Valley Forge park with Andrew, their photographer, for some awesome portraits, then came over to their reception venue just in time for their formal introductions.

Tien and I started early that Saturday morning. With iced coffee in tow, I headed over to Memorial Hall for set up. We had quite a long list of tasks for just the two of us!

We had to set up all 12 tables, plus chairs for 96 guests. Then we had to place linens and chair covers, on top of setting up the centerpieces! Memorial Hall, is a fire hall, my first wedding there. Apparently it's very popular, and they have weddings there almost every weekend. There was a smaller wedding going on the floor below us, which I found out later.

Here is a picture of the room transformed before the guests arrived. White linens and chair covers, with aqua napkins which we draped on the edge of the table for each guest. We created the centerpieces, using the LED lights, crystal vase filler, and light blue hydrangeas from http://www.theflowerexchange.com/.

In the blue take out containers were Puerto Rican cookies that Jesaida and her mother baked earlier that week! Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to taste it, but they sure smelled delicious!

The hall had a great entry way, and this is where the bridal party was introduced from at the start of the dinner reception.

We used leftover flowers to decorate the placecard table, which we placed along the window by the main entrance.

Jesaida and Pete printed out all their placecard numbers. Thank goodness we requested a seating list from the couple. The 6's and 9's were being confused on the place cards and people were sitting at the wrong tables. We helped everyone find their right seats real quick.

The great thing about this hall is their kitchen and bar. It really made it easy for the caterer to drop off the food and for the staff to properly warm until cocktail hour.

Jesaida and Pete's wedding could not have been possible without the help of their loving family and friends! Her mother made the cake (wedding cake and grooms cake) and Jesaida's friend, Carmen, decorated it. You'd think she was a professional!

Jesaida's other bridesmaid, Pety, created all the personal flowers for the bride, groom, family, and wedding party. They were beautiful!

So without further ado, here is the vendor run down! I can't wait to post some pro pics from Andrew soon!!
