Back in January, I coordinated a wedding for a wonderful couple... remember them?
I just received a package from their photographer, Barton Paul. PHOTOS! Here are some detail photos from their wedding at Cescaphe Ballroom in Northern Liberties, Philadelphia.
Simple, but very elegant wedding invitation.
All flowers and centerpieces were done by Alicia at Il Fiore Bianco, who was also a member of their wedding party.Marisa's family is Greek, so they had a very traditional Greek Orthodox ceremony in their family's church in Philadelphia. The church was extremely beautiful.
The book on a tray with their crowns, used during the ceremony.
Reception decor: Marisa chose champagne damask linens to compliment the soft colors in the centerpieces. Alicia mixed the arrangements with high and low centerpieces.
Another view of the ballroom. The tables sizes were mixed between rounds and ovals. The oval tables will fit more people, so it's a great solution if you have a large family which you want to seat at one table.
Cescaphe never fails with food, infact, they do the best spreads in the industry. And everything tastes great too! Here is a behind the scenes pic of me working on Marisa's bustle. There were over 12 ribbons we needed to tie. But earlier in the evening, Marisa stepped on her dress while getting out of the limo and loosened up some of her pick-ups in her beautiful gown. So after fixing her bustle, I need to recreate new pickups so that everything was even, and that she was not stepping on her gown during her first dance.
Thank you Bart for the great photos and all the package. Barton was kind enough to send me a huge poster size heavy-duty print. I can't wait until my office if finished so I can hang it up on my wall. You're the best, Bart!!!
